Returns Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if:
The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
All original tags, packaging, and accessories are included
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Used or damaged items due to customer handling
Items without original tags or packaging
Products purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance (unless defective)
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
Contact our customer support with your order number and clear photos of the product
Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps
Once approved, the item must be returned as instructed
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Processing time may take 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Policy
We’re happy to offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to product availability. If your preferred item is unavailable, a refund may be offered instead.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost.
