Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Used, washed, or altered products

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

  • Products without original tags or packaging

  • Sale, discounted, or promotional items (unless defective)

Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Share clear photos or videos showing the issue

  3. Once approved, follow the return instructions provided by our team

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item passes quality inspection

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was on our part

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for eligible items, subject to stock availability. If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund may be offered.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear evidence. We will resolve the issue promptly at no extra cost.
